Whether you are a total beginner to mindfulness practice, have received some training but need more guidance to really get started, or are a regular practitioner who would just like to practice one-on-one with Katie, this package is for you!
After purchasing this package, Katie will send you a personal welcome email requesting more specific information about your experience and needs. You will then set up either (2) 30-minute or (1) 60-minute Zoom call to receive personalized mindfulness coaching. Within a week of your call(s), Katie will send a follow-up email to check on your progress and share any additional resources that may be of value. Text support to keep you on track is also available!
